As you ride up to the tenth floor of Meridian Plaza, you will walk directly into the master suite. In this room, there is a comfortable king-size bed and flat-screen television. The ornate and pristine master bathroom has a glass shower and bath combo.

In the modern living room in this Myrtle Beach condo, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room area. Unique to this property, this unit comes with an electric fireplace and oversized flat-screen television for your enjoyment. The living room couch can open up to a sleeper sofa - making this Myrtle Beach vacation rental able to accommodate up to four guests.

Perfect view but unit neglected
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The maintenance of the condo is very neglected. The air conditioning flows on the kitchen counter and on the floor everywhere. The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived and we couldn't use it so it wouldn't overflow & also the mirroir it was a little bit broker. The fridge was not working when we arrived, had to unplug it and thaw it for a whole day, I had to go buy ice so as not to lose my food. There are tiles missing from the bathroom ceiling. There are recessed burnt lights all over the place. In the bed there is just a small sheet, we asked the housekeeping to bring us another because we were cold at night and we never had it. The carafe for the coffee maker was missing, we couldn't make ourselves any coffee and there was no toaster either. At first we wanted to extend our stay because the view is incredible but due to the negligence of the condo we decided to leave and not extend our vacation here. For the price we paid for our stay we were very disappointed, the condo would require more maintenance. I believe that for all these reasons we deserve at least to have the visa gift card as compensation!

Would not recommend
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started with being told we were being moved to a different site because of bed bugs in the room we booked. New room was in a better location but the room was dirty, never cleaned after last guest. Property manager sent housekeeping right away. Overall property is dated and could use some work, some fresh paint and new furniture as well as updated kitchen and appliances. Original room was at ocean forest which I never saw. Room we ended up in was at the meridian. Also, consider checkin and checkout at the actual property and not a mile down the road at a different location.

Good room TV did not work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing that I had a prob with is that the TV in the Livingrm did not wrk for the entire time. I called IT said someone will ix and no one showed up.
