BeachCrest 103 is conveniently located on the 1st floor with a nice grassy area directly off the patio. You're just a few steps away from the pool, grills, and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condo has a well-equipped updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The master king bedroom has beautiful furniture with a private bathroom. The twin guest bedroom has access to a full bathroom in the hall. You can sleep 2 additional guests on the queen sleeper sofa. After a full day of playing or shopping, enjoy your favorites movies on the 55” TV in the living room. The master bedroom has cable TV and the guest bedroom has a TV for watching movies only.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was adequate--floor was sticky and strange texture-no view of the beach from room---blocked by large growth and bushes and trees- First floor was a good location n--master bed is very stiff buy very roomy--pool was nice-access to beach was good- Door code was very troublesome at times---I would not saty their agian--price was way too high for the room accomadations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the unit. Had just the basics. Liked being on the ground floor in and out. A few things that need to be improved. Air conditioner does not work in master bedroom. Nothing comes out of the vent so the room gets very warm. Luckily it wasn’t that had a side but if it was summer, this would be a problem. no salt or pepper in the kitchen. A lot of rentals have this. Was a bummer when I went to Cooke because I forgot it my problem. The outdoor furniture was so rusty. We were afraid to sit in it thought it would collapse and was missing one of the four chairs. Took four of us 30 minutes to figure out how to work the shower. There should be a sign you have to pull on the tub Spicket underneath it’s a circle where the water comes out. Thought we weren’t going to be able to take a shower lol. Would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location to everything. The condo was not clean had cobwebs. Some how one of my granddaughters got a tick on her from the bed. It was in need of updating and repairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've got a young family. We were initially really excited about the lack of small adornments that would attract small hands, however, we found several electric outlets in disrepair (some outlet covers cracked or severely broken). We found several dishes in the cupboard that had not been cleaned, although an additional run through the dishwasher tended to that. Appliances were updated and all functioning well. We found having the extra grass space right off the patio to be a very welcome extension for our kiddos. It would have been nice to have additional seating outside.

Reviewer Comments: Horrible condition black mold, ceiling leaks, locks on the doors did not work, mattress in bad condition, the sofa was Wet So many issues. Absolutely the worst rental!
