Our 2 BR/2 BA Condo located in the heart of Playa del Carmen has everything you need for your getaway! You're just a short walk or taxi ride away from the beach, dining and the shopping district!

This stylish condo has all the conveniences to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Cold air conditioning throughout the condo, speedy Internet, comfortable beds with premium plush bedding, and a fully-stocked kitchen with all the necessary tools to enjoy home-cooked meals are just the beginning of what this rental provides.

As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

Take a quick dip in one of the two swimming pools, relax in the jacuzzi (not hot), soak in the heat of the sauna or work up at sweat at the gym. Grill your dinner on a provided charcoal grill, sunbathe on the rooftop terrace or enjoy the view of the ocean while lounging at the sky bar area. This condo has all these amenities and more.

For your comfort and safety, there is 24-hour security and parking for one car in a secure, private underground garage.

This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home and in the common areas, including the rooftop swimming pool, sun loungers, gym, etc.

This condo is centrally located and is close to all amenities including 5th Avenue, the beach, grocery stores (Walmart, Mega), and all of the great restaurants and shops Playa del Carmen has to offer.

The easiest way to get around (if you don't like to walk) is by taxi. You'll never have to walk more than a block to find a taxi which are very well priced. Usually, you can get anywhere in Playa del Carmen for less than 5$ USD.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.
