This nice flat, newly refurbished with quality materials and mixing tastefully tradition and modernity, is situated on the 2nd floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 90 sq. m and includes:
- a pleasant and cosy living-room,
- a 18 sq. m terrace in front of the sea and the Vauban wall,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a third bedroom with two simple beds on a mezzanine,
- a separate equipped kitchen : toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher,
- two bathrooms with shower and bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and ironing equipment are also available in the flat for free,
- TV, WI-FI and very silent reversible AC in every room.

Thanks to the station very close, you will also join easily all the other cities of the French Riviera.

From Antibes train station→ 10 min by foot or 3 min by car
From the airport (Nice) → 25 min by car or 45 min by transports.
