Καταπληκτική πανοραμική θέα από την πισίνα βίλας -Δεν κοντά neighbours- με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες

Αυτή η βίλα διαθέτει μια από τις προνομιούχες περιοχές του νησιού, ακριβώς πάνω 2 όμορφες άγριες παραλίες και κοντά σε χωριά του Ελειού και Γλώσσα με τα καταστήματα τους, καφετέριες και μπαρ ταβέρνες.
Η βίλα έχει χτιστεί με ντόπια παραδοσιακά υλικά, όπως πέτρα πατώματα παντού, και είναι φωτεινό και ευάερο και έχει αποτελεσματικές καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα με 2 μονά και επίσης υπάρχει ένα καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Ο επάνω όροφος είναι ένα μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα με υψηλό άνοιξε δοκάρια στην οροφή και ανοίγει στην επάνω βεράντα που σκιάζεται και έχει άνετες καρέκλες, καθώς και μια τραπεζαρία. Υπάρχει μια δορυφορική τηλεόραση παρέχονται για χρήση από τους επισκέπτες και ένα εύχρηστο τουαλέτα σε αυτό το επίπεδο.
Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια και το μπάνιο και πάλι ανοίγουν σε ιδιωτική βεράντα με θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα.
Η πισίνα και χώρο για ηλιοθεραπεία βρίσκεται σε μια βεράντα κάτω. η ίδια η πισίνα είναι εργάστηκε σε ένα αυτόματο φίλτρο και υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες και ένα καθιστικό θα καναπέδες καρέκλες και μια σκεπαστή πέργκολα.
Το σύνολο της περιουσίας έχει υπέροχη θέα προς τα δυτικά λαμβάνοντας τα γύρω νησιά της Εύβοιας και της Σκιάθου και σε ολόκληρη την βουνά της ηπειρωτικής χώρας. Τα ηλιοβασιλέματα είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακή, αλλά όλη μέρα υπάρχει πάντα κάτι για να δείτε, όπως αλλάζει το φως, τα πλοία να περνούν και οι ψαράδες πηγαίνουν για την εργασία τους.
Το ακίνητο είναι περιφραγμένο και έχει ένα περιφραγμένο χώρο στάθμευσης, αλλά δεν υπάρχουν κοντά τους γείτονες έτσι ένα αγροτικό περιβάλλον της, αλλά όχι εξ αποστάσεως και έχει γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του νησιού.

Wow, wow, wow!

Wow what a place. If looking for a beautiful villa with stunning views across the Aegean Sea, then look no further! Villa Kalyves is in an amazing secluded location but within easy reach of both Neo Klima and Glossa and also with a couple of beaches a short walk away. Great space with a large kitchen/ living area, several outdoor seating areas, pool and olive groves to explore as well as the separate cottage - so perfect for my wife, daughter, mum and I. Anthoula, the amazing property manager met us at the port and helped with luggage, grocery shopping and always on hand to answer any questions. Could just sit and look at the view all day and night, will definitely be back!

We have had a fabulous, relaxing time in this lovely villa. Views from every window, comfortable, well equipped accommodation and first class service from the property manager, cleaners, pool manager etc. There are always tiny issues in someone else’s villa and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the property manager. We rent out a holiday home in the UK and our only criticism is more information on recommended restaurants would be helpful . Nova and John

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Lovely holiday in this absolutely stunning villa. The advantage of a separate guesthouse for two gave our daughter and her boyfriend welcome privacy. The views are amazing and everything is provided for a comfortable stay including aircon, efficient insect nets on doors and tv channels for most tastes. The only drawback is the distance to other parts of Skopelos as the driving is a bit hair raising and a good 30-40 mins to Skopelos town that has the best the island has to offer of bars, shops, restaurants. You do need a car. The villa manager is lovely and helpful and the sense of peace and tranquility is superb as there is no worry about security on this beautiful island. Everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious and prices reasonable! Book your stay if you have a confident driver in your party and enjoy the views, the eagles, the sunsets and the sunshine!

Eight tenths

We had a good time in this villa even though there would be some aspects that could be improved. For example in case of rain it is not possible to have lunch on the terrace and inside there is not a table nor the space to accommodate the one on the terrace. The furniture (of a famous Swedish brand) is more than good, but the pillows of the beds (even more, but at least these, given the low cost) should be replaced (for hygiene and decency). The HomeAway villa's ad does not warn that the exterior of the villa, including the swimming pool, is monitored by cameras equipped with continuous digital recording and internet control. To be fair and to respect the guest privacy, this should be explained to the guest (or at least mentioned) Everything else is perfect for a vacation on this Island that is very beautiful and green. Ideal for a relaxing time, especially in September as it was for us. The villa is solitary as we like and the area is really quiet and safe. Close to the villa, easy to reach fantastic beaches, good restaurants and minimarkets. In less than half an hour you reach Skopelos and in 10 minutes the village of Glossa. A good solution, 8/10

views to die for

Stunning views from this attractive rustic style house which is in a beautiful and very peaceful location. Multiple choices of beaches, tavernas etc within v short distances by car. Simply but very tastefully and comfortably furnished; everything we needed for a 3 generation family stay. Kids slept in the annex cottage and adults in the main house. Beautiful gardens and pool area, with lots of local fauna! Pool and outdoor spaces are very thoughtfully designed and the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Agree with previous reviews that the photos don't do it justice - it was even better than we had hoped! Anthoula, cleaning staff and pool staff were all delightful and very helpful. 4/5 for accuracy of listing as tv/dvd etc had been removed and sofa bed in annex could only be a single due to faulty hinge. However neither of these small points detracted from our stay - who needs a TV with a view like that?! Caution - lots of steps up & down (house/garden is on multiple levels) so might be slightly tricky for someone with mobility problems. Thanks Chris for a wonderful holiday...

Great house, lovely holiday

This is just a brilliant house for a small family. There is lots of space, lovely terraces on all levels and the pool is great. Everything is in great condition and somehow the photos don't quite do it justice! Anthoula the property manager was so helpful and went beyond the call of duty in returning a couple of forgotten things to us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house or to return, given the chance. Only thing to point out is that a small 4 x 4 is really needed given the slopes at the property and to nearby beach. 10/10

Lovely stay!

Extremely well equipped with everything you'd need. The housekeeper is an absolute star,when we arrived he took us to the supermarket to get stocked up.Finally, the island itself, Skopelos, is absolutely charming with hidden beaches and great walks. We plan to go back. Thank you!

Stunning Villa in Relaxing Spot

Three of us stayed here for a fortnight and we had a great stay. Everything is as described and in the photos. The villa interior is beautiful and very well equipped, but we spent most of our time eating and drinking on the stunning terrace, or swimming in the lovely warm pool, all the time enjoying the wonderful views. Neo Klima is the nearest village where there are some lovely tavernas and an excellent bakery. In the other direction Glossa is worth exploring but it is very steep! We visited Skopelos town which is a good day out, but mostly we just wanted to laze around in the sun, and this was the perfect place to do it.

It's all about the base!

And when your base is as wonderful as this, there's no need to leave this little bit of heaven. It has all you need for the ultimate relaxing holiday - stunning sunsets: check, infinity pool with plenty of sunbathing terraces plus shady corners: check, wonderful, ever-changing vistas throughout the day from every room and terrace: check, check and check. If you can drag yourself away there is a virtually deserted beach 10 minutes' walk below the villa, and the island bus passes right by the access lane. I had a fantastic time here and can't wait to do it all again next year.

Beautiful unique Villa

This unique home is in a breath-taking location. This is unspoilt Greece at its finest – a place to unwind. The villa has a private pool and is situated on a secluded hill with fabulous views across the Aegean Sea. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and light. This beautifully finished home offers tranquility, space and total privacy, yet it is only a 10 minute drive by road to the village of Glossa, which has all the shops and amenities one needs and the island’s finest restaurant. The villa is also in easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches on Skopelos. I spent a lovely relaxing week here and can not recommend this Villa highly enough.

Week in Paradise

I have just come back from a week's holiday at this stunning location. Eating outdoors on the terrace and drinking a glass of wine while watching beautiful sunsets after swimming in the infinity pool was an experience I will never forget. There is also a secluded beach if you like to swim in private..The house is spotlessly clean and well equipped and comfortable with everything you would need to have a relaxing break. Its also only a short ride away from Elios and Glossa with its quaint streets and traditional Greek dishes. I would definitely go there again and have no hesitation in giving a recommendation.

Being a visitor to Skopelos for over thirty years, Villa Kalyves now provides an opportunity for guests to enjoy everything we love about the house and the location. It is very special.

Villa Kalyves was built on land which has the best views on the Island, in a very peaceful and beautiful location. Two delightful beaches are very close and yet a 5 minute drive from the traditional tavernas surrounding the harbour and beach at Elios.

Wonderful views and sunsets (people say the best on the island) and the pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. Kalyves Beach is a 100m walk on a bumpy track from the bottom of the garden ( we call it our 'private' beach!) and Armenopetra Beach is a 10 minute walk away. A beautiful villa and a delightful cottage provides unique accommodation for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
