Evergreen Manor is conveniently located just between both the Bear Mountain and Snow Summit Ski Resorts and walking distance to Snow Summit. This impressive custom built home offers seven bedrooms. Enter the home and you will first notice the stately antler chandelier, opening up to high vaulted ceilings. To both the left and right of the entrance are dual family room areas. Both offering an oversized sectional sofa and a gas ceramic log fireplace and flat screen TV.
The left wing family room area offers a wet bar with seating. The dining area has a custom log table. Keep the cook company in the custom kitchen. With high end cabinetry, granite countertops and high end Viking appliances, including an industrial size fridge/freezer combo, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas range/oven with double ovens, a warming drawer and walk in pantry. There is a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine provided.
The kitchen area opens up to the formal dining room. It offers a large custom log table. You can gain outdoor access through the dining room. With an expansive deck and large outdoor table, entertain the group outdoors. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the scenery of the fully landscaped fenced yard. You can grill on the propane barbecue grill as well.
Back inside and on the entry level you will find three bedrooms all offering a king size bed and a few include a twin over twin bunk. Each room has carefully chosen custom log furnishings, artwork and lighting.
Head downstairs where you will find a full bath. You can gain garage access, there is a full size washer and two dryers available for tenant use. Rarely provided this home provides garage parking, where you are able to park two vehicles in the garage. Step up into the homes game room area offering a pool table, shuffleboard table and Foosball.
Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms, again all offering a King size bed. One room offers a King and a twin over twin bunk. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player provided.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
