Our condo building has a heated pool and a hot tub which our balcony overlooks. It's a great place to let older children explore, while being able to keep an eye out for them. It also has gas grills, which are perfect for beachfront BBQ's.

We are less then 10 miles away from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) airport and under a hour (approximately 25 miles) to the Tampa (TPA) airport. There are shopping centers, golf, fishing piers and great restaurants close by.
