Tastefully furnished with modern decor; this charming accommodation is located in the heart of the 1st district and within walking distance of the main attractions of Lyon!

You will find in the apartment a brand new and fully equipped kitchen with (an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a toaster). Feel free to use the coffee and tea capsules available!


The sitting and dining area overlooks the streets of Lyon with large windows that let in tonnes of natural light, and for sleeping, you will have the choice with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a quality sofa bed in the living room. All of them are lined with hotel quality linens. There is a fan available for you.

The bathroom is equipped with an walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided free of charge.

My home will be cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.

Cultural landmarks include the Lyon Museum of Fine Arts, with its Impressionist masterpieces, and the Lyon National Opera, designed by Jean Nouvel. Indie bookshops and vinyl stores fill steep streets, and al fresco bistros line cobbled plazas. Hip, late-night music clubs fill Rue St.-Catherine.

The nearest subway stops are Hôtel de Ville (Line A) and Croix Rousse (Line B).

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
