Le Terre Neuve - Grande plage du sillon

Le Terre Neuve is an apartment located at the foot of the Sillon beach, at 50 meters on foot, 10 minutes on foot from Intra-Muros, its shops and all amenities.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, in a recent and secure residence, totally PMR.
You will find a living room living rooms with convertible sofa, a fully equipped open kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a terrace.

The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation le Terre Nevue is managed by the Cocoonr agency of Saint-Malo and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a person from our team who will introduce you to the apartment, its operation and hand over the keys.

Other remarks :
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and towels are provided and the bed is made upon arrival.
- To start your stay well, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and a few bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet, etc.). Please note, however, that meters will be read on arrival. Charges are included on the basis of normal consumption. Any excessive or unjustified over-consumption may be billed to the tenant on departure. These overruns will be deducted directly from the security deposit.

When you leave the condominium, you turn right and you're on the waterfront.

The district:
In the district of le Sillon, you are at one street away from the large beach on foot, but also from all amenities. And 2 minutes walk from the historic centre Intra-Muros, or from the Palais des Congrès and the Duguay Trouin space if you come for work. The thalassa center is a 15-minute walk away.

Outings: Numerous bars and restaurants all around on foot, such as le Dock sur les quais, bar-restaurant with often a lot of atmosphere during concerts or match evenings. Loft atmosphere in this building with industrial decoration.
La Cabane sur les quais will offer you a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage will make you the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros or la chaussée du sillon offer many restaurants, some of which are on the seafront.

Go and admire Saint-Malo at the top of the Hotel Ambassadeur with its Rooftop (bar on the roof of the hotel).

Food:
Walk along the seafront and at 900 meters walking distance in rue st vincent you will find a market crossroads to do your shopping. Intermarché is located 1km on foot after the docks.

By train, Saint Malo is 2h15 from Paris and the TGV train station is 15 minutes walk away. By plane, Dinard-Pleurtuit airport 20 minutes by car. By car, Saint Malo 1 h from Rennes, 4 h from Paris.

All rooms are PMR-enabled with elevator access.
