This wonderful Aspen Shadows condo is a lovely year-round destination, perfect for a small family or a couples weekend retreat! The deck is just off the living room and provides amazing, uninterrupted views of Colorado’s wild backcountry and the snow-covered mountain tops. After long days shredding fresh power, hop into the full kitchen and whip up a warm meal to enjoy with loved ones. Kick back in the living room, where the couch doubles as a sleeper sofa, and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV with a bowl of popcorn until everyone dozes off and recuperates for the next day's adventures!

There is a free bus stop across the street from the complex, allowing for easy access to shopping, dining, and endless entertainment across the county. Take in the surrounding beauty of nature with a day hike through the White River National Forest Trail system, conveniently located one mile from your door. This prime location is within a 20-30-minute drive of five world-class ski resorts and options for tubing, Nordic skiing, and more. Come summertime, you can spend your days on the shores of the Dillon Reservoir, where you can rent a boat or catch a free concert at the Dillon Amphitheater.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
