Use the high-speed internet to research a new recipe or cuisine then let your inner chef run wild in the full kitchen, where you'll find all the appliances, counter space, and gadgets you need to turn out tonight's home-cooked meal. The dining room is great for dinner parties and raucous game nights alike, and the balcony is perfect for those cups of morning coffee or glasses of evening wine. Visit the community fitness center for an early morning workout then cool off with a dip in the shared pool.

Steamboat Ski Resort is sure to satisfy the hopes of any winter enthusiast, but summer guests have plenty to look forward to as well with hikes on Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. Get to know the area with a trip to The Tread of Pioneers Museum, three miles north, then grab a bite to eat at one of the many nearby restaurants.

THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
