*Imagine for a moment being in an apartment in the best location of the city, two minutes away on foot from trendy restaurants and bars, 5 minutes from the famous beaches and the Palais des Congrés, and all this with your very own terrace and surrounded by a luxurious decoration... WELCOME TO OUR HOME (well, actually, to your home)*

**This 2-bedroom apartment, designed to offer you the perfect place stay, features the following:**

- A large living room with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table, opening directly to a quiet back terrace (a real luxury for apartments in the city center!) to enjoy calm and peace with family or friend around a couple of glasses of wine at cocktail time (works also by yourself, if you really want peace and quiet).

- And American-style kitchen with all you will need to cook like a French Chef, including a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), as well as various other appliances, dishware, glassware, silverware, and every other ware, everywhere...

- A gorgeous separate dining room for 4 people.

- A first bedroom with a king size bed, storage space and a balcony on the street side of the building.

- A second bedroom with a queen size bed and storage space as well.

- A large sparkling bathroom with shower.

- Separate toilets near the entrance, but no one will mind they are over there by themselves...

**THE HIGHLIGHTS:**

- Dual heating/cooling system (please use common-sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees in the middle of August, or 35 degrees in the dead of Winter).

- Double-pane windows for optimal comfort.

- High-speed Wifi connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

- Large terrace of about 20m².

- Balcony along the dining room and main bedroom side.

**AND AS A BONUS :**

- All bed linen provided for each bed as well as including 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person.
**Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
- A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY:**

After just a short steps in your street, the Rue Chabaud, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than a few minutes (unless you decide to walk on your hands):

- Empty your bank account in the fine boutiques on the famous Rue d’Antibes. (1 minute walk to get there, more time to empty your account, depending on its size.)

- Feast on pastries, cocktails or appetizing dishes in the trendy restaurants of the Rue Hoche. (1 minute to get there, the rest will depend on how much is left in your bank account...)

- Take a refreshing stroll along the famous Croisette. (4 minutes away.)

- Take selfies like a movie star on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for business. (6 minutes walking)

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Time varies depending on your physical shape).

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. Well do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
