Great House with awesome porch!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This house was perfect! We were in Watercolor, but we were located right at the walk through to Seaside. The food Trucks, and restaurants were less than a 5 minute walk from the house. The Porch was the best room for the evenings. The week we went, there was a little chill in the evenings. Being able to watch the NCAA tournament games with a fire in the fire place was special. The house was also clean, with great cooking appliances. So we were able to make most of our dinners for the kids at the house.We had a few kids that lost their bracelets, and that process is somewhat of a hassle. This has nothing to do with Beach Habitats 30A people. But to get replacements you have to take pictures of everyone's bracelets. Getting everyone in the house for us only happens in the morning.Beach30A was very accomidating. Their wasn't a guest the week before, so we got a few extra houses to grocery shop, get the golf cart etc. This made Easter Sunday much more relaxing. I would absolutely use Beach Habitats 30A again, and I would rent this home again!
