We have great views of Mount Timpanogos, and are 45 minutes from Salt Lake City and 20 minutes from Sundance Ski Resort.

The house is a stylish remodel of a 60's split level that was featured in the 2009 Parade of Homes, completed by a sought-after, award-winning architectural designer.

This basement apartment is full of daylight and has a large utility room with kitchenette and laundry. Included appliances are a fridge/freezer, micro-convection oven, coffeemaker, Instapot, toaster and washer/ dryer. Seating for 6 combine at the nook table and the butcher block island bar. The home's designer lives upstairs in a separate unit. The owner lives off site, but can be available to help with any information or needs as desired. Self Check-in/Check-out with door code allows you to enjoy your privacy and a wonderful, cozy stay at your convenience.
