Watch golfers playing from 1 of 2 decks or the patio with a barbecue, outdoor seating and inviting hot tub. If you are visiting Big Bear for skiing, walk out the front door to the slopes.  After a day on the slopes, relax next to 1 of 2 fireplaces or play a game on one of four game tables: pool, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong or air hockey table(Air does not work well).  Roku devices with YouTube TV and Netflix included with TV’s in almost every room of the estate. Enjoy the theater room with a 86 inch tv and 6 movie theater chairs.

With over 5700 sqft, the living space is bright, open interiors that are stylish and welcoming. Enjoy air-conditioning during a hot day (a rarity in Big Bear) and cozy up on comfortable furnishings and take in the stunning views from the oversized windows in the sitting area. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar sits next to the living room with views.  Enjoy home-cooked meals with your closest friends or family at the spacious dining room table.

This luxury property has five bedrooms, including two ensuites.  The master suite has its own gas fireplace, a jacuzzi tub and views.  With your comfort in mind, Wolf Creek Estate is adorned with high-end furnishings and sophisticated amenities.

Every tv has ROKU which has a home Netflix and YoutubeTV account.  Along with other internet TV options.  No Cable or Direct TV but with Youtube TV you have more live channels.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
