I would be delighted to welcome you to my 70-square-meter apartment in the 5th arrondissement. My apartment is very bright and located on the ground floor
Whether you are a lover of museums, gastronomy, original walks, fashion or art of living, you will find in Paris the itinerary that will delight you. We look forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to Paris!

I am delighted to welcome you in my superb apartment, which has been refurbished!
You will appreciate its proximity to lines 5, 7 and 10 which will take you to the 4 corners of the city where you can visit various tourist sites. You will also find nearby the RER C and the Austerlitz train station which are 5 minutes away by foot.

My apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and is composed of two bedrooms with double beds, a nice living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two bathrooms, and separate toilets. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom!
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher and Coffee machine.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The apartment is located on the first floor and directly overlooks a quiet street with little traffic.
Its location will facilitate your access if you arrive with a lot of luggage.
Moreover, you will love to walk to the Jardin des Plantes and discover the Natural History Museum, only 3 minutes away by foot!
You will also be able to discover the area on foot since the famous Pantheon is 15 minutes away, the Place Monge and the Arènes de Lutèce are 10 minutes away, the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral and the Ile Saint Louis are 20 minutes away.

Located in a quiet and dynamic area, you will find nearby several shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes! Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that, in the university sector, instruction was given in Latin.

Great location but not clean and in need of some repairs
Is it fair to be somewhat negative so soon after the COVID restrictions? We were a group of 5 friends (two couples and one other) and were rather dismayed to see the unit where we were going to stay for 3 nights at the beginning of June 2022. We found: a gritty floor, only 3 mugs for coffee for 5 guests....we went out and bought mugs (and were promptly reimbursed) and there was no way to make coffee (we went out and bought instant), vacuum didn't work properly, living room window cord broken so it wouldn't open, wiggly toilet seat in one bathroom, hook for kitchen towel falling off, no dish towels or dishcloth (only a used sponge), a piece of cardboard taped over a window/door to a corridor above the vacuum next to the dining table, and worst of all - when we stripped the beds after our stay, we found hairs and other stuff on top of the mattress cover on one bed - ugh! Horrible. The linens were white and clean. You can't see out because the windows are frosted. This is because the unit is on an alley opposite a parking garage (and car wash). Check in was tricky because you pick up your key in a lockbox in a nearby laundromat and apparently when we were there, all the boxes were full, so we had to walk farther with our suitcases to find the substitute one. There is no real person there to greet you and let you in or explain anything to you. There's no instruction book for guests in the unit, and we didn't know how to lock the door, so the first night we had to pull the couch over to bar the door. We got an email about taking garbage to the garbage room but had no idea where that might have been, The management company don't reply to written questions/requests in the number of hours they state, but we did get through to a real person who was great. It's a bare, spare unit (how about some pictures on the walls, folks?) but we slept fine and enjoyed going to the boulangerie to bring back our morning croissants and pain au chocolat. We didn't cook - we ate the other meals out. Very good location, some excellent restaurants nearby but this unit was sub par in terms of cleanliness and repair. I wouldn't want to stay long there!

Je ne recommande pas cette location
J ai été très déçu de cette location. Aucun moyen mis à notre disposition pour faire du café malgré notre demande téléphonique auprès de l agence.La connexion wifi n a jamais fonctionné. Pas de sèche cheveux alors que c était noté sur l annonce comme la machine à café d ailleurs...Appartement donnant directement sur une rue et sur des communs donc très bruyant. Pour le chek out il a fallut ramener les clefs à plus d un quart d heure à pied avec les bagages alors qu une simple boîte aux lettres aurait suffit. C est domage car cet appartement était très propre, les draps et serviettes de toilette mis à disposition étaient niquel . De très beaux volumes deux chambres et deux salles de bain très fonctionnelles. Je ne réserverai plus en passant par cette agence et je ne conseille pas cette location .

Idéal pour des retrouvailles entre amis. En revanche il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine : cafetière, couteaux tranchants.
