Nice Apt With Mountain View At The Foot Of Slopes

Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my charming, warmly decorated and recently renovated 28 square meter apartment, which is located at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc cable cars. My apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, and is ideally located near many shops and restaurants. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities: skiing, hiking, sledding, kayaking, tree climbing ... you will have the choice.

## Logement
My 28m2 apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living area with a pull-out bed open to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a very nice shower with toilet and lots of storage space. The apartment is fully equipped and will be perfect for a stay in any season! It also has a small BALCONY with a nice view on the Mont-Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the Brévent. You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay: Parking / Garage, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Hair dryer, Washing machine and TV. It is well located, 2 min walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, 10 min walk from the Brevent cable car and 2 min walk from the bus station serving all the areas. In summer, you will love to discover the surroundings and enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, trekking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting and canyoning! You can also visit the Gorges de la Diosaz, the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve and the Col des Montets chalet. Cafés, bars, shops and restaurants can be found nearby. The SPAR supermarket is 5 meters away, the ski rental service "CHAM'SPORT" is 70 meters away and the "Skiset Aiguille du Midi" store is 160 meters away. A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. 10 ski areas make up the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley, and many activities are offered (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding,...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi accessible by cable car, or the Montenvers Railway leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Many landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
