From Orly Airport (ORY)

Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, contingent on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public Transport: Use the Orlyval to Antony, then board the RER B to Gare du Nord. Change to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and exit at Laumière. We're conveniently located within walking distance! Travel time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station

Taxi: Approximately 10-15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public Transport: Take Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and alight at Laumière. Our property is just a short stroll from the station. Travel time: About 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-ins are between 2 pm and 10 pm. Late arrivals will be accommodated the next day from 9:30 am, with additional charges. Early check-ins before 2 pm and late check-outs beyond the official time are subject to confirmation 24 hours prior and may incur 50% of a night's rate.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor detection post-stay: €450.
Additional Key: This service is exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys (left on the door or inside): Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.

Internet Etiquette:
Avoid unauthorized use of internet access for reproducing copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please note that internet access is temporarily unavailable until the beginning of October. Any malfunctions from telecom operators are beyond our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
For Olympic stays, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age for reservations is 23 years. Individuals under 23 may enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of stay, and no refund requests will be accepted.
