*Let yourself be tempted by this trendy and comfy apartment which will provide you with the perfect home away from home while you discover all that Cannes has to offer. Conveniently located just a few steps from the city center and all its points of interests, and, rare thing in that area, with a parking spot just for you (well, for your car). And no extra charge!*

**As far as the amenities, things are looking pretty good, and include:**

- A beautiful living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people.

- An open floor kitchen with bar counter and high stools, as well as everything else you will need to cook and serve gourmet meals, or just to make coffee with the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- A first bedroom with 2 single beds and a dresser (perfect if you come with teenagers, or adults who love single beds).

- A second bedroom with a queen size bed. A baby crib (with mattress) is also included at no charge and is available in the apartment, however that does not include the linen which are extra.

- A full bathroom that includes a shower and toilets.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment is close to a train track and despite the double-pane windows, it is possible to hear the train going by. However, it is a small commuter train line that operates at low speed and does not run at night.

**APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**

- Efficient dual cooling/heating system independently operated: please use common sense by not setting it at 18 degrees in the middle of August or 35 degrees in winter. Thank you.

- High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

- A large balcony in line with the living room, ideal for al-fresco cocktails in the evening.


**AND AS A BONUS**

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Latour-Maubourg, you will be able to devote yourself to the following activities of your choice:

Stroll along the famous Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats. (3 minutes away.)

Empty your bank account in the upscale boutiques on the Rue d’Antibes. (3 minutes away.)

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work if you are here for a trade show). (15 minutes away.)

Board a train for a ride along the Mediterranean coast. (15 minutes away.)

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Time is up to you and your legs.)

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
