Quiet time between the hours of 1000 pm and 800 am in order to respect other guests. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS CHECKING IN AFTER 1000PM EST. Firepit available. We provide wood. Please do not bring foreign wood onto the property. Transmit harmful insects and diseases. NO PETS ALLOWED UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS MADE. Thank you.

TO USE HEAT AND A/C
The heat and A/C control is over the love seat. To turn on heat switch it to heat and place on AUTO MODE. Adjust the temperature.
To turn on the A/C turn to AC. Make sure fan is on AUTO and adjust temperature.
