Απαγορεύονται αυστηρώς τα πάρτι ή οι ομαδικές εκδηλώσεις στους χώρους του καταλύματος

Ο οικοδεσπότης δεν έχει δηλώσει εάν υπάρχει ανιχνευτής μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα στο κατάλυμα – εξετάστε το ενδεχόμενο να φέρετε μαζί σας φορητό ανιχνευτή.

Ο οικοδεσπότης έχει δηλώσει ότι υπάρχει ανιχνευτής καπνού στο κατάλυμα.

Στο κατάλυμα παρέχονται τα ακόλουθα μέτρα ασφαλείας: πυροσβεστήρας, κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών και κλειδαριά ασφαλείας (deadbolt)

We are a retired southwestern Ontario couple with 6 grown children that have been part time residents of Marco Island for over 30 years. We love the weather and atmosphere of this beautiful oasis and our family enjoys time on the island as much as possible. We own a home on the Island so are there frequently as well as we have extremely reliable staff to assist us with our rentals when we are not on Marco. I am happy to help research things or places you may want to visit while vacationing on Marco Island, just email me and I will do my best to answer any inquiries on local attractions, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches, shopping, etc. If you have any special requests, please ask and I will see if I am able to accommodate you .. we really want you to enjoy the Marco Island experience as much as we have for the past 30 years!

This gorgeous unit has just been totally renovated with top of the line finishes and appliances - very comfortable living quarters and you will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay on the island. The view from relaxing on the lanai of the boats and water is my favorite part of this property, not to mention the pools, spas, BBQ area and boat marina all right on the property, just steps away!

This unit is in walking distance to many local attractions - the famous "SNOOK INN", waterfront dining, Rose Marina, Island Bike Shop, unique shopping - you name it - its all just a nice stroll away from this unit. Extremely safe area!
