Five Little Bears is located in Lower Moonridge and is just a short drive to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort. It features high end new construction, offering ample space and impressive high vaulted ceilings.

Up the steps from the entrance you enter the family room area with a wood burning fireplace. Get cozy in the boho style family room, watch your favorite shows on the large Flatscreen TV, or stream your device on the home's WIFI. Just off the family room is a powder bath and the cozy master suite that provides a King bed, 3/4 bath and Flatscreen TV.

The open concept living area is a great place to entertain your guests, while the modern kitchen offers high end stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig Coffee Maker.

Play a board game in the dining area or a friendly game of Shuffleboard. You may also opt for dining and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step out onto the upper deck and enjoy great views, grill on the propane barbecue or sip a cup of coffee at the patio table.

Head downstairs where you will find three additional bedrooms as well as the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and backyard access. The first bedroom has a King bed, tri fold sofa and a Flatscreen TV. There is ample closet space for storage.

The second bedroom offers two Queen beds, outdoor patio access and a Flatscreen TV.  The third downstairs bedroom offers a Full over Full bunk and an additional Twin over Twin bunk, ample closet space, a Flatscreen TV and outdoor backyard access.

Head out to the fenced backyard and enjoy a game of Cornhole or a nice soak in the hot tub.  No matter what activities you have planned for your upcoming Big Bear trip, Five Little Bears offers it all.  Like Sly Stallone this home is over-the-top! Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
