It is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a beautiful fenced garden of about 700 m². We are waiting for you!
Bed linen and towels are optional.

The accommodation of 90 m² is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A living room with a TV, a sofa bed, a decorative fireplace and a dining area.
- An equipped kitchen with a dining area, an electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker...

Night space:
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with a shower, a double sink and a bidet.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of about 700 m² and a north facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days!
- A private parking lot located in the garden on the paved part that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dryer, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron, fan, barbecue, parasol...

The house is ideally located in Lanton, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

The market of Lanton takes place on Sunday morning.
