My issue is with Kim, the property manager, and how she runs this unit. Here's a list of what went wrong:
1. Her "emailer" didn't email me the door code. When I got there at 11:30pm, I couldn't check in. I messaged her several times and it took almost an hour to get her snarky reply. I pulled up my email and the door codes weren't sent.
2. sink tap was broken when we got there. Had to have it fixed the next day.
3. fridge was broken the whole time we were there. instead of coming to fix it, Kim refunded $200 for spoiled groceries. No fix of fridge.
4. Sign on wall had wrong wifi password, so the kids couldn't game the first night. This is easy stuff to make sure it works. Kim's lame reply of "oh, I think the router reset" was pure BS.
5. I forgot to pay for parking and got TOWED. I've been coming to whistler for 20 years and have never gotten towed, just a ticket.
6. No actual oversize parking. so-called oversize parking only allows 6' 2", so forget an SUV with a cargo carrier on top.
7. Minimal kitchen and bathroom provisions. Cheap TP, cheap towels, cheap kitchen setup. No spices. Just plain lame.
Wouldn't stay here again for free. Pick another place that cares about its guests who are paying over a thousand per night like we had to.
