You stay within the Domaine in a charming atypical independent house from the 1950s. You will be seduced by its comfort, its decoration and its equipment. You benefit from two terraces, one of which is covered, and a private swimming pool. Magnificent view of the estate and the animals. Privileged environment in the middle of 10 ha of breathtaking landscape. You can walk freely on the estate, but also the many forests, paths behind the house and the surroundings offer beautiful, peaceful hiking trails. Your children can go in search of animal tracks, play hide and seek.
The Domaine's games room is a delight for children and parents. You will find books, board games, toys, music and table football. Outside, playground, trampoline and ping-pong table. A few bicycles and a baby carrier) are also available free of charge.
Childcare equipment available (lib BB, high chair, playpen, changing mat) in the common laundry room.
You benefit from a free space to park your vehicle. A few bicycles are available and available to our travellers.
The property is made up of huge blue fir trees, meadows, forest land and many fruit trees that can be picked freely depending on the season. The estate has 2 cottages, each with its own space and private swimming pool. Possibility of 9 beds if you come with a large family or with friends.
Swimming pools open in season and depending on the weather from June 1 to September 30.
The Estate is located at the gates of the Périgord Noir. You can enjoy the countryside, while staying in the heart of a major tourist and gastronomic region. The region is famous for its food but also for its magnificent nature, its 1001 castles, its markets, its caves, its rivers. Many activities make the region so pleasant to visit.
You are only 4 km from the town of Thenon with its market, supermarket, restaurants, post office, bank etc... In Thenon there is also a large climbing forest with restaurant. Access to the estate is very simple near the A89 linking Brive to Bordeaux.

In Fossemagne and Thenon, guinguettes bars restaurants and ice cream parlor at the water's edge. Périgourdine specialty, large choice of tapas, salad, grilled meat, fried fish. Shaded terrace. Warm, friendly and festive atmosphere!

Sarlat-la-Canéda is 43 km from the accommodation, while Brive-la Gaillarde is 47 km away. The ancient town of Périgueux, capital of the Dordogne is 24 km away.
