We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Marseille, this charming house to less than 200 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 70 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 70 m² living room with TV, large sofa and dining area.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor :
- A mezzanine used as an office.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), size 4×8 m with an alarm.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m², south facing, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A south-facing balcony of 3 m² on the first floor.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
By staying at the Villa Côté Sud you choose a typical and sought-after area for its quality of life, wedged between the city, its pedestrian paths and its
between the city, its footpaths behind the house and its creeks. At the top of your street, on your left, you will find the road leading to the Goudes and Callelongue (long calanque). By going out on the right you will join the city centre by passing by the beaches of the bath of the ladies, the beach of the red point and its restaurants foot in water. By leaving towards the bottom of the street you will join the massif of marseillveyre and the campaign Pastré and its famous grotto roland. A typical and sought-after district for its quality of life, wedged between the city, the sea and the countryside/mountain.
Events : the Delta Festival, the Festival of Marseille, the festival of Aix en Provence...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garden of the house which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located 33 km away.
