A short walk from the villa outside the exclusive resort is a Super Walmart with grocery, pharmacy, clothing, and almost anything else you’d need. Whether you've had a busy day at the parks or just unwinding by the pool, you will enjoy the convenience of having all the shops, restaurants, and amusements of US-192 close by. There is no better area in Orlando. From golf courses to shopping malls and outlets, budget and fine dining restaurants to theme parks, the central location of Bella Vida puts you within minutes of all that Orlando has to offer.

As a resident of Lightwater Villa, you can enjoy all the amenities of the Bella Vida Clubhouse, including a fitness center, movie theatre, cyber café, basketball court, sand volleyball court, children’s play area, and of course the fabulous heated zero-entry pool and spa with cabanas and loungers. There are two Owner’s suites, each complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, digital safe, and its own luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks, huge walk-in shower with handheld customizable showerhead, and a separate room for the toilet. The two elegant Twin bedrooms each feature two twin-size beds and share a bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower/bathtub.

All bedrooms are furnished to the same exacting standard with premium furniture and have cable TVs, ceiling fans, USB charging outlets, dimmable lighting, and digital alarm clock radios for your convenience. The south-facing Owner’s suite and Twin bedroom are also equipped with 100% blackout curtains. In all bedrooms, you will sleep on allergen-protected mattresses with luxurious sheets to ensure a satisfying night's sleep for all.

The brand new, enormous 70” flat screen 4K Roku TV offers cable TV and the ability to easily stream from your favorite subscription apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Disney+. The Roku TV even allows you to stream from your phone via AirPlay or Chromecast.

A new WIFI 6 mesh system was just installed, so you can enjoy fast broadband internet in every corner of the house and even outside on the lanai.  Need to “work from home” one day?  No problem! A folding desk is available for your convenience.

There’s no need to overpack when you’ve got a fully equipped laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and airer/drying rack. Plenty of extra towels are available for your use.

The family that owns Lightwater Villa believes you can have a great vacation while minimizing your impact on the environment, so they are installing solar panels in Summer 2021 to provide the home’s energy from the sun!  The home also features smart technology like an electronic door lock, Nest automated thermostat, motion sensor-controlled, and dimmable LED lighting.


Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
