This accommodation classified "Tourism 2 stars" is 32 m² and can accommodate 6 people. The bright apartment is located on the blue slope of the Envers, starting from the Transval cable car on the Etale side and allows you to directly reach the heart of the resort.

## Logement
The accommodation is located on the ground floor floor and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, a mountain area with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a new shower room and separate toilet.

It also has an unfenced garden with a view of the valley and a terrace with furniture where you can sit on nice days.
The accommodation is fully equipped so that you can have an excellent stay in the mountains.
It also has: Ski locker on the lower level, dishwasher, coffee machine (with filter), microwave, oven, raclette machine.
It is located on the blue slope "l'Envers" leaving from the Transval cable car on the Etale side and allows to reach directly the heart of the resort. The return to the accommodation can be done on skis.

A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

During your stay, don't miss visiting the nearby tourist sites such as: the Hameau des Alpes museum (6 min walk), the Snow Star Dome (16 min drive) and many others.
A vast ski area in surface, you can enjoy its 85 slopes, representing a total of 125 km! Thus, you can do various activities such as skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking... A skibus shuttle, whose stop is 15 minutes walk from the accommodation, will take you to the foot of the slopes or to the village. In Clusaz, life also goes on in the summer with the discovery of its mountain pastures animated between hiking and mountain biking: there are 9 downhill mountain bike trails, 20 cross country trails and 1 enduro trail, 13 of which are suitable for families. Trails adapted to all levels and marked out on : Saint Jean de Sixt, la Clusaz, le Grand-Bornand and Manigod.

You can also go on an adventure, and discover Annecy at 50 minutes by car.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a town in Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range.
The town offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, including the Mont Blanc. Winter and summer alike, you can recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history.
Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can wander around as you wish, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
