Sea View Too steps to Sombrero Beach 4 bedrooms 3 baths, Ocean Views and 2

This beautiful and spacious home has Sombrero Beach at the end of the road.  Ocean views and deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean. Two floors of living space.  Spacious outdoor living with outdoor bar and extra refrigerator. Large Pool, Nice Dock with 4 foot draft. Completely renovated home with Open floor plans and spacious rooms. 
Upstairs is the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room which are open to each other and the Ocean views. 
Each bedroom has its own TV, plus two living areas with a TV in each. 
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath.  The Second bedroom on this floor is a queen size bed and a half bath.  
The upstairs has a deck that opens up to view the pool, dock and Ocean.  
The downstairs has its own living area with TV and comfortable seating, and a pool table.  It has a wet bar plus a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.  Two bedrooms share a bath. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is extra large and has a king size bed with a sofa sitting area. 
There is another full bath right off of the pool deck area. 
The pool deck has loungers and covered outdoor living areas with an outdoor bar and BarBQue. 
All you need is a bathing suite and a toothbrush.  
This home has everyhing you need to have a fabulous vacation! 
Two kayaks included. 

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)
7 night minimum, 
Max Occupancy: 10 Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. 

Pet Friendly - please ask about pet restrictions and pet fee. This will be based off breed, size & number.
Max pets: 2

Pool heater available for an additional fee.

A great stay in marathon
The house and the set up was wonderful for our group. The view of the sunrise over the ocean is spectacular. Our kids loved the pool and the pool table and we really enjoyed the large covered seating areas by the pool. Being so close to Sombrero Beach was also a plus. That The big downside is the accumulation of seaweed all around the dock and next door on the boat launch ramp. Unless it was quite windy, it really stunk. Also, it was so sad how much plastic was among the seaweed.

Marathon spring break
We had a great stay at this property in Marathon. Great location and house was well stocked with all we needed for our stay. 3 kitchen areas! We even had a manatee visit our dock one day!

Sea View Oasis
My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay here. The property was roomy and everyone had their own space to enjoy the vacation. The upstairs balcony rocking chairs allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The pool was comfortable and relaxing. The location was great for the fishermen in our family. Catching tarpon right off the dock was awesome. Nice to be central to Sombrero Beach, groceries, and also some local restaurants and shops! We did have a problem with the smell from the seaweed under the dock a few days, but we know that’s unavoidable! We would definitely recommend this property.

Pictures need to be updated! AS THEY ARE DECEIVING!
This property is way overpriced for what you get. Family trip and 2 houses rented - other house at 95 Man-O-War. Heat for the pool was requested and paid but heat was NEVER TURNED ON. Trip and slip hassards all over, can't get in house on pool side with out tripping over threshold. Stair from drive way to second story are very narrow and very slippery when wet. Then there were the ants! Constant battle in kitchen. The furnishings in the upper unit was fair, the furnishings in the lower unit needs to be replaces. Pool table pockets are torn and it's NOT REALLY a game room. Then there's the smell that comes form the dying seagrass- extremely Foul! The dock here is on the bend in the canal and things collect. Read their other reviews and it not their fault. Had a very unpleasant call with some woman, who directed me to one of two agents. Called one and never received a call back. Charged $XXX.XX cleaning fee! Exit instructions tell you to take out the trash, strip the beds and start a load of towels. Half the cleaning is done before you ever leave. NOT RIGHT FOR THIS HIGH CLEANING FEE. Do yourself a favor and skip this unit - it's not worth the price of addmission and the folks at Florida Vacation Rentals don't really want to work once they have your money. Seriously, look at 95 Man-O-War! It's two hundred seventy four a night cheaper and much better interior furnishings along with a warm pool. Had to change my review because owner didn't like me talking about fee's charged!

A little rain never hurt no one
We were unfortunate to have our trip planned during Hurricane Ian. Since our group was already halfway down we decided to continue on with our trip. We were able to enjoy a few beautiful sunrises on the top deck. This is also the perfect vantage point for manatees. The house is beautiful with two separate floors so it worked perfect with a sleeping baby. There is enough coverage when walking up the outside stairs even with the rain. Loved the set up of the kitchen. It made it easy to gather upstairs and enjoy meals together. The day after the storm, the owners stopped by to check out the property and were so kind. All and all gorgeous property, delicious coconuts and views.
