Apart from the occupancy of six, it also contains two parking spaces, one inside the garage.

When you reach Bear Mountain Tee and Ski, the beautifully branched courtyard welcomes you. You can take pleasure in the amazing scenery that the pond at back naturally creates. You can enjoy a spectacular sunset with the sky covered with colorful clouds that perfectly reflect in the pond.

Enter the alpine themed retreat and find a six-seater leather sofa set placed near the fireplace. Oversized windows facing the golf course allow you to enjoy the outside view. A side-lamp is available so you can light up the mood in the living room as per your desire and a small coffee table is stationed at the side to keep you close to your holiday beverage.

When the mood lightens up, you can watch any movies, web series, or music videos on the wall-mounted digital television with accounts like Netflix and Youtube activated. The furry carpet on the floor gives your feet the treat of warmth that they deserve after a long day on the slopes.

Can’t wait to cook a memorable meal? Get into the fully-equipped and remodeled kitchen. It delivers a CHEFLY vibe to the cook with all the possible equipment that one may need - from the coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, oven, refrigerator, utensils, gas stove, new appliances, granite countertops and cabinets for groceries and other cooking essentials, everything is there to make you feel at home. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
