Splendid apartment in the heart of the old town of Sion with parking space at Parking du Nord

The “Plein Coeur de la Vieille Ville de Sion” establishment is located in the heart of the medieval town, at the foot of the Basilica of Valère.

On the ground floor of this town house completely renovated in 2018, the apartment is arranged as follows:
The "living room" part of the apartment is made up like a loft: a fully equipped kitchen with bar area open to the living room with flat screen TV and double sofa bed (160x200) but also an open-space sleeping area with a bunk bed which offers two single beds.
A large bedroom is fitted out as a master suite with a bathroom / WC. This bedroom also includes a corner with an office desk (adjustable height), which allows to work if necessary.
All windows have light blackout curtains for a comfortable sleep.

Another bathroom WC is available for people who will occupy the sofa beds and also offers washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is fully equipped to welcome you: Bed and bath linen are provided as well as all the basic products necessary for your stay.
You will also benefit from our parking space at Parking di Nord 500m from the apartment.
Cot and high chair on request.

In front of the house, you can enjoy long summer evenings at the table of the restaurant "L’Enclos de Valère" widely known for its cuisine and hospitality.
The old town of Sion is part of a preserved and residential setting where all amenities are within "feet" reach. A few minutes are enough to reach the typical restaurants and cellars, sports and leisure facilities.


In Sion, you are also in the heart of the Valais region and its fabulous vineyards.

Near Sion, you can stroll through the heart of the Ayent, Grimisuat and Siphon bisses and even answer all your questions about their stories by visiting the Bisses museum.
You will have access to all the sporting and cultural activities of the winter sports resorts. Surrounding area: Skiing, Snow, paragliding, climbing, swimming pool and spa, tennis, hiking and snowshoeing, music festivals of all kinds etc.…
You can also relax at the Saillon baths just 25 minutes from the apartment.

Special Notes Regarding Property Cleaning and Preparation Protocols:

Since the start of the COVID 19 crisis in March 2020, we have fully equipped and trained our janitors in cleaning and preparation protocols for housing following the recommendations of the Swiss and European health authorities.
