THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

If it is particularly windy, please put the outdoor pillows and pool toys in the garage overnight.

Pool is about 5 feet deep and NOT meant for diving. Please watch your children at the pool and swim at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended by the pool. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is NO FENCE around the pool.

Spa and Pool heating is optional. It's $75 per day. This extra charge should be paid prior to checking in. Any tampering of the pool/spa/fire pit/misting system equipment will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Minimum age for booking is 28 years old, please send Government Issued ID before check in.

No more than 4 overnight guests are permitted by the city.

2 cars maximum can be parked during your stay, cars can be parked in the driveway

No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
