Whether you're traveling to the valley to golf, take in some Cactus League action, or enjoy the city's countless art galleries and bustling nightlife, you'll be well-placed to do it all!
Enter the condo through an enclosed garden patio, where you can grill in the afternoons and enjoy the Arizona weather in the shade of the citrus tree. Inside, you'll be greeted by an updated, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island dining/prep space, adjacent dining tables and chairs, and a bright, comfortable living room with a large Smart TV on the other side of the stairs. Use the complimentary internet access to get a bit of remote work done, or grab a dry swimsuit from the washer/dryer on your way to the community's large outdoor pool, billiard room, and lounge. At night, you'll have your choice of three modern bedrooms upstairs - a primary suite with a king-size bed, and two smaller bedrooms with a queen-size bed apiece.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
