Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. While at the property, we did have a few minor concerns/constructive feedback that we would like to share: - [ ] Major considerations: Replace living furniture as it shows major wear and tear. Kitchen appliances are nice; however, the dishes and cutlery appeared very dated. Kitchen wasn’t inviting at all. Consider adding blackout curtains to first bedroom as its windows are right near elevators. TVs were small and dated. No iron although there was an iron board. Minor changes could make this place stellar!

Beach view
It’s a great location right on the beach. Did not like having to walk clear around the building to get to the beach due to the construction. Wish we could have come thru the other side. We did not like the enclosed balcony even if you can open sliding doors. We prefer an open balcony. We have stayed in one of the other condos there before with an open one. We were also misinformed when I asked if the sofa had a sleeper bed in it. She said no, so we discouraged another friend to come. We got there & discovered it was a sleeper sofa. Then I asked if a canopy was allowed on the beach. She said yes as long it’s behind the beach service. So we tote our canopy on the plane! We get there & it has a big sign saying no canopys or tents. So we were not happy about that! We like the area, but would not rent that particular condo again.

Fantastic Location...steps from the Beach
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised or pictured except the massive amount of building construction for all 3 towers. But we were there over the Labor Day holiday so that was completely diminished and so was the number of people competing for beach space which was lovely. I loved the enclosed patio with those massive sliding doors...the best of both worlds. Was surprised there was no shampoo available in the unit and precious few trash cans of all things, but a grocery store very very close to towers. Overall this place was fabulous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture needs repair and updating. Bed in master bedroom needs to be secured so footboard doesn’t fall off. This happened twice, when my wife leaned back on headboard to o read. I hammered it back into place with my hand. Some plates were chipped and skillets were in terrible shape. Pretty much unusable. Other cookware was fine. Ice machine was broken. Shower in master bath was great. Ceiling fan on balcony broken and needs replacing. We did not let these issues keep us from having a good vacation.
