Sweet Holiday - Studio avec mezzanine

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Cannes, this charming air-conditioned studio with a surface of 16,3 m ² with a mezzanine of 9 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed on a mezzanine and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
On the mezzanine :
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), sheets and towels included
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment, in a secured residence, very close to the old port and the beach. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Cannes is a seaside town of the French Riviera which abounds in both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence. If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Old Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course, what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, bars, casinos, luxurious hotels and shops just a few steps from the apartment.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking space of the apartment in the basement (1 vehicle), closed and guarded, it measures 2×3.5. It is available on request for an additional fee.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Palmbus network
- Trans Côte d'Azur shuttle to St Tropez.
- Nearest train station: Cannes train station at 300 meters (4 minutes on foot)
- Nearest airport: Nice airport 27 kilometers away (about 30 minutes)

- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The parking space is available on request prior to arrival, for an additional fee from our provider on site.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
