One bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs room has a full bed with a futon, and a bonus bedroom that has one twin bed with a walk-in closet. Upstairs bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. No parties allowed on the premises. Downstairs offers an open space concept with a living room, kitchen and a dining room. It provides all the essentials for your short or long term stay. Baby gear such as pack n play, crib or high chair, are available for an additional fee. No AC at the house but fans for each rooms are provided.

Note: the house is located on a large acreage lot; however, a separate area in the back of the property has a facility that's rented out separately. Therefore, light traffic might be coming through in the evenings, mostly weekends.
