We offer, in Lorient, this apartment of a surface of 57 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower, WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Lorient, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

The apartment is perfectly located to take advantage of all the tourist attractions of the city while being close to the coast, and its beautiful beaches.

-The Inter Celtic festival and the FC Lorient soccer stadium are about 4 minutes away by car, 13 by bus
- The city of sailing and nautical activities at about 5 minutes by car
- The animal park "Les terres de Nataé" at about 14 minutes by car
- The island of Groix from the marina in 45 minutes
- Larmor beach and Guidel beach nearby
- The congress center is about 7 minutes away by car
- The market of Merville, quai des Indes nearby
- The marina and Naval Group nearby.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
