**Starting April 15, 2024, several enhancements will commence at the building. This includes painting various areas such as the common area basement doors, back porch doors, frames, windowsills, step sills, downspouts, wrought iron fences, and porch roof ceilings. Additionally, new storm doors will be installed for units lacking them or with older versions. Kindly move your personal belongings inside your unit and remove them from the back porches and from the back doors. This may take 4 to 6 weeks, weather permitting between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A separate notice will be sent for painting the back doors of units, as access to your unit will be required at that time. Please take caution when entering and exiting the work areas and be mindful of the workers during work hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Traveling from O'Hare Airport to West Oakdale Ave.? You have transportation options! A taxi ride would take around 45 minutes. Alternatively, you could opt for public transportation, taking the Blue Line train to Clark/Lake Station, then transferring to the Brown Line towards Kimball, and exiting at Wellington Station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the apartment.

If you're traveling from downtown Chicago to the same location, you have similar choices! Taking a taxi would take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. You could also take the Brown Line towards Kimball from any downtown station, exit at Wellington Station, and walk for approximately 10 minutes to reach the apartment.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.

- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
