Accommodation
Our spacious (84m²), functional duplex apartment is accessed via a large 25 m² loggia. The ground floor features a beautiful, newly refurbished living area with a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, etc.).
Separate WC.

2 opposing staircases each lead to the first floor:
-On one side, there is a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
-The second staircase leads to two double bedrooms (beds 140x190).
An additional single bed (90x190) can be provided.

Please note: the two floors are independent of each other and do not communicate.
2 rooms overlook the courtyard and one has a velux window.

Access to the flat is via a communal courtyard with a locked entrance gate.

The annual opening period of the swimming pool may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Pillows and duvets are available.

In high season, bookings are made on a weekly basis, arriving on Saturday or Sunday.
