In this incredibly charming family-friendly villa, you will find:

- 160m2 of indoor living space.

The villa is built on two levels:

On the lower level, your whole family can enjoy an over-sized 70m2 living room, opening onto the outdoor terrace, as well as a large well-equipped kitchen with its bar counter, ideal for setting up your evening cocktails and snacks.

On that same level, you will have access to a library, an office space and a bathroom with shower.

On the second level, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds in each, and a separate bathroom with an angle tub and view of the sea.
The larger of the 3 bedrooms has access to a terrace with an unobstructed view and no neighbors to look at or to be seen by.

On the outdoors, you will enjoy:

An outdoor dining area for 6 people, with the barbecue, the swimming pool, deck lounge chairs and a garden area with a ping-pong table for those who want to stay active between dips in the pool.

2 private parking spaces are available inside the property as well.

House location:

- You will be less than 5 minutes by car from the beaches in Antibes and its Square Fort landmark, and only 10 minutes from its old town district where you will be able to stroll around and enjoy a large variety of restaurants and bars.

- Also less than 10 minutes by car, in the city center, you will be able to discover famous cultural points of interest such as the Square Fort, the Picasso Museum, the Archaeological museum, or even, for a more unique experience, the Postcard Museum!

- If you enjoy outdoor venues, the ducks at the Valmasque park will be there to welcome you (10 minutes away too), and the killer whales and dolphins at the Marineland park, less than 5 minutes away, will make a splash with you.

- And to discover other towns along the Riviera shoreline, you can easily visit Cannes, Juan-Les-Pins, Golfe-Juan... within a few minutes by car, or go a little further inland to visit the old villages, particularly the famous Biot and Valbonne, within about 10 minutes.

- Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)
