The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. There's a private courtyard with a dining table to enjoy your meals in the fresh air.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

La Rochelle, a charming coastal town in the southwest of France, offers a pleasant experience to tourists. Its historic Old Port, with its colourful medieval buildings and lively waterfront, provides a picturesque setting to relax and dine. The well-preserved towers and fortifications of the city, such as the iconic Tower of the Chain and the Tower of the Lantern, offer panoramic views and insight into its rich history. While exploring the old town's narrow streets, you will discover a treasure trove of Renaissance and Gothic architecture, hidden squares, and picturesque cafes. With its diverse range of museums and cultural sites, La Rochelle caters to different interests, allowing visitors to delve into its maritime heritage and immerse themselves in its dynamic atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, La Rochelle Porte Dauphine, is just a 15-minute walk.

La Rochelle Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
