Off the kitchen, you'll find the formal dining room with seating for four. The cozy living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a high-definition flatscreen TV, Bose acoustics, and a DVD player, and you'll have central AC and fans throughout. The kitchen ​opens to a front patio. The furnished back deck looks out on the Shipyard Golf Course, ideal for al-fresco meals, a hand of cards, or a leisurely read under the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.

When it's time to wrap it up for the night, you'll have two well-appointed upstairs bedrooms to enjoy, both with flatscreen TVs and the main with an en-suite bath. There is a shared bath next to the guest bedroom, which is perfect for kids, young adults, and grandparents alike. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
