The island is a true private beach paradise with 7 miles of secluded sugary white sand beach. Enjoy the salt air, beach or bay views, salt water fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, manatee and dolphin friendly visits. Wake up early for the breathtaking sunrise over the bay and meet your neighbors in the evening for the sunset on the beach. This exclusive island does not have restaurants, stores or cars. However, there are people who provide extra services: Water taxi, golf cart rentals, boat rentals, fishing charters, wildlife excursions, grocery deliveries, trash collection, and island made pizza.

Pelican Place Beach House was recently purchased and we are excited to share our island paradise with others. Our pet friendly 3/2 has been updated with new coastal décor, towels, ceiling fans in all rooms and lights. The top-level has an open living and dining area and dual sliding doors out to the deck. Our indoor living space provides plenty of space to relax and unwind together to enjoy a variety of board games or unwind watching a movie. The dining table sits six adults comfortably with three island bar seats to enjoy a family or friendly dining experience with beautiful views. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware needed for meal preparation. Enjoy your evening together while cooking on the charcoal or Napoleon Prestige gas grill, under the starry skies and salt air in our outdoor living area. For your fishing and/or drinking needs, there is plenty of ice in the 121lb capacity Commercial Ice Maker.

Time to de-stress and pack less. Swimsuits, shorts, tanks and flip flops are ideal for this vacation hot spot. We will provide the beach towels, beach toys to include paddle board, kayak, fat tire bike, beach chairs and umbrella. Wash those clothes in our washer and dryer and repeat the next day!
