Welcome to our luxurious Summer Breeze! Located in the prestigious community of Emerald Island Resort with a 24/7 gated access and it’s right around the corner from Disney and other main attractions.

Our newly renovated and furnished 2 story villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac and backs to greenbelt for great views. Summer Breeze features open style floor plan 7 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms and sleeps 16 guests which is ideal for large groups or multiple families that want to vacation together! On the first floor there is a master bedroom en-suite with king size bed that has a slider to the pool. On the 2nd floor there are 2 additional master en-suites with king size beds. The other 2 bedrooms also have king size beds with a shared bathroom. The Princess themed room has 2 twin beds and the Star Wars themed room has 2 twin beds and has a shared bathroom which is perfect for children. Every bedroom has its own LCD TV. The formal living room and dining room and family room offer generous sitting areas for your family meals for making memorable memories.

The lanai leads out to the southwest facing luxury pool, where you can soak up the sun all day. At night the hot tub changes different colors as it has been equipped with special LED light. There is ample amount of seating under the lanai for large groups of people. This includes brand new 11 piece patio and dining set with wicker chairs. Also, a four piece sofa set with a coffee table. We also have lounge chairs for the sun lovers.

Our kitchen has been recently updated with brand new granite countertops, Samsung stainless steel appliances and is also fully equipped with a Keurig, waffle maker, rice cooker, crock pot and many more complementariness for your cooking needs. The kitchen island has 6 bar stools for your kids to enjoy their morning breakfast.

The entire home has been designed and decorated to provide your family an abundance of luxury and comfort during your vacation. We offer high standard beddings, plenty of bathrooms and pool towels, well-equipped kitchen, private pool and spa, cable TV and Netflix, WiFi, washer/dryer, and much more!

Our home also offers crib, umbrella stroller, car seat, high chair, and booster seat for our most precious little guests.

To enhance your vacation experience, we have completely revamped the garage into an air conditioned home theater and game room. With a 70” Samsung Smart TV, Pool Table, Classic Arcade, and brand new reclining theater seats, you can make the most of your down time and cool off after a long day at the parks. In addition, our home has no back neighbors so you can turn the backyard into your own peaceful oasis. The covered and open lanai allows for comfortable dining and entertaining outside anytime. In the evening enjoy watching TV outdoors or sit by the outdoor mounted LED fireplace for those chilly nights to make more beautiful memories with your family and friends!

Emerald Island Resort is one of the most popular vacation home communities in the Disney area. It welcomes guests a dramatic palm tree lined boulevard, past lakes with fountains and sculptured dolphins, leads to the gated entrance which is manned 24 hours a day for your absolute security. Guests have full use of the Lakeside Clubhouse, which features air conditioned fitness center, lounge with wide screen TV, Internet Cafe with free high speed internet access, Games Room, and Sauna. There is also a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, and nature trails safely located within conservation areas. A concierge service is also located in the clubhouse, which is soon to be equipped with a sundry shop. A short drive or walk (1 mile) will lead you to restaurants, a supermarket and shops.

Our Primary goal is for our valued guests to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay at our home. To that end, we offer a highly recommended management company available 24/7 to meet your needs.

The house has a digital lock and pass codes change every time a new guest arrives. Easy and safe self check in and checkout. A welcome package will be sent a couple of days prior to arrival.
Other things to note
NOTE: If you will be needing the optional service($50/day including taxes) pool to be heated and spa, please let us know 24-48 hours in advance of your check in date. We would then send you a separate pool heat payment request. This will allow us time to have the pool and hot tub all setup for your arrival.
