In Ventiseri, we offer this 140 m² house for rent, with a mountain view, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 3,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises
- 50 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 : two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- 3,000 m² enclosed garden planted with wild olive trees. Remote-controlled gate.
- A 10m² south- and west-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ventiseri, in a very pleasant environment. A grocery store, bar, butcher's shop and doctor are all within walking distance (less than 5 min), and other shops, post office, pharmacy, mini-market, dry cleaner's, bakery... are between 500 and 900 m away.
The well-known village of Solenzara, with its port and entertainment and frequent pedestrian evenings is 8min away by car.

Activities :
- Swimming, 5 min away by car, in the Travu classified as a "Wild River" in 2019.
- The picturesque Via Ferrata in the village of Chisa is 20 minutes away, with 2 restaurants.
- Professionally supervised water hikes are also organized in Chisa.

Nearby events :
- The village of Solenzara offers a wide range of entertainment and fairground games every day in summer.
- In the village of Chisa (20min) : a short film festival (early August), theater, free films during the summer and, once a month, a free ciné-club too, with a free shuttle bus to get there.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 cars).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- A bus to and from Bastia runs past the property every day.

- The nearest airports are Figari: 65 km, 1h20 / Bastia Poretta : 83km, 1h30 / Ajaccio Campo dell'oro: 109 km, 2h10. Please note that in summer, journeys may take longer depending on schedules.

- Easy access for mobility-impaired guests via the rear terrace.

- The fireplace is functional. Wood for the 1st flambé is provided, then on request 150€ per stere of wood.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
