▶ IMPORTANT NOTE!!! Parties or evenings are strictly forbidden. This flat is ideal for families, traveling professionals, groups, or people who respect the neighborhood

▶ The flat as well as its veranda are strictly non-smoking! The flat is equipped with smoke alarms in all rooms.
However, you can take advantage of the balcony outside, sunny in the morning to pleasantly smoke your cigarettes, with a view of the blue sky and the roofs of the city

▶ Our friends the animals are not allowed: the wooden floor on the ground is not suitable for the reception of pets
