This 18 m² apartment with shared swimming pool and stunning views of Montagne Pelé can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is located on the ground floor in Saint-Pierre. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: 2-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge with freezer, etc.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190), dressing area, storage unit and TV
- A shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC

The 7kg washing machine is accessible via the pool deck.

Outside:
- A salt swimming pool (shared and unheated), 3m50×5m50 and 1m55 deep with ramp and open from 1 January to 31 December. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- An 18 m² terrace with clothes line and furniture to enjoy the warm weather and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The studio is ideally located at the end of the town of St-Pierre in a very quiet environment. The area is opposite the sugar cane fields of the Depaz dwelling. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
For supermarkets, Leader-Price or Leclerc in Schoelcher.

- Visit to the splendid Depaz rum distillery
- Visit the town of St-Pierre and its ruins (old church, colonial health centre)
- Visit to the Franck Perret museum
- Visit to the Earth Sciences Discovery Centre
- The incredible view of the town of St-Pierre from the Virgin of the Sailors and the Cheese Tree, via the Fonds Saint Denis road
- Visit the Gauguin Museum at Anse Latouche
- Visit the wonderful Martinique Zoo

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free public car park opposite the residence.

- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, about 25 km away.

Other comments:
- Access to the studio via 5 steps up to the swimming pool and 3 steps down to the accommodation.
- Rules for use of the pool: shower compulsory, access from 9am to 8pm. Swimming pool unsupervised. All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Hairdryer, iron and raclette machine available on request.
