Our condo is located on the 11th floor and has the best sunrise and shore line views! All of this is visible from the balcony or the living room! Due to the location within the building, our balcony is very private!

The condo is clean and professionally decorated in a BEACH theme. It features two smart TV’s. It has a full Kitchen that is fully-equipped with microwave, dishwasher, blender, and Keuig coffee pot. (Pods or a full pot) It has 'easy to keep clean' ceramic tile throughout the entire condo. Everything has been completely upgraded and enhanced to make your vacation fabulous.

This family-oriented condominium complex has three pools (one heated) overlooking the gulf, off street gated parking. This complex is next to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, and conveniently located near attractions and other restaurants. The Sunbird Condominium feels like a boutique property that you never want to leave. The location on the beach is so convenient to everything!

UPDATE: As of this time, our complex is doing renovations however our condo is not affected! The East tower pool is open! There is still construction on the grounds. Sunbird is located on the most beautiful beaches in the world. Come see for yourself!

Gated parking. $30 parking permit required to be purchased at time of arrival and $5 resort arm bands per each member of the group must be purchased at time of arrival. Only one car per condo is allowed during peak season. A maximum of 3 people per condo. A maximum of one vehicle per condo. No pets, no smoking.
