DETAILS: "The Place to Be" in WaterColor is a beautiful 2-story home that sleeps 10 and has deep porches set amongst oaks in the popular Camp District. This 4-bedroom, 3-I bathroom cottage includes a 6-passenger golf cart and a ping pong table; and is close to pools, nature trails, and the recently expanded WaterColor Beach Club.

A shaded front porch with a bed swing and 2 Adirondack chairs welcomes guests to this inviting home. Inside, a light and bright living room with wood floors, shiplap walls, slip-covered sofas and chairs, and a flat-screen TV provide a relaxed space to visit with family and friends. An open-concept kitchen with premium stainless-steel appliances and a gas range overlooks a dining table with seating for 8. A guest bedroom is accessed from the dining area and has a king bed with a shared bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom also has double-glass doors that open onto a screened porch accessible from the kitchen. This huge screened porch has a second dining table with seating for 7 and a gaming area with a flat-screen TV and full-size ping pong table! Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
