This house, located in Mouans-Sartoux, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool from 15 June to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 7 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the sea and the mountains.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet and one with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features air conditioning, a washing machine, central heating, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. End cleaning has to be done by the guests. A tourist tax of 3.62 % per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
The swimming pool is located 3 min away from the property. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath and another bathroom on the ground floor with a shower. 3 hours cleaning is included but you need to be tidied up on departure. if the property is not in a suitable state, a supplement will be charged.
